The overhauling process begins with the machine’s disassembling and painting of the mechanical parts; during this phase, rust and other impurities are eliminated.
We verify the suitability of the mechanical parts to factory standard: possibly broken or damaged parts will be overhauled or replaced.
After, we check the electric and electronic components; the overhauling includes substitution of the PLC with the latest state of the art model, replacing all damaged cables, insulation and electrical parts.
The overhauling continues with the installation of safety protections and testing of all the parts.
When the work is complete, we hand over the technical user manuals and the EC certification (if request).
